The retention period of your personal data may need to be extended where we require this to bring or defend legal claims. We may also retain data for longer periods for statistical purposes, and if so we will anonymise your personally identifiable data.

If you have given your consent to marketing, we will process your personal data for that purpose as long as we have your consent to it. You can at any time request that we stop processing your personal data for this purpose.
