  • Communications providers e.g. mail, email and SMS services - to allow us to contact you about your Fairlo account, or send marketing communications where appropriate.
  • Credit reference agencies - to access and update your credit history to ensure we are lending responsibly on an ongoing basis, and to support identity and income verification.
  • Fraud prevention services - to access and share information to help reduce the risk of fraud.
  • Debt collection agencies - to support in our support activities if you were to fall behind on repayments.
