11. Statements
Your monthly Statement contains details of your Outstanding Balance, Credit Limit, Transactions and Interest Charges on your Account during the relevant period. We will provide your statement each month either within your Fairlo Account or via email.
If you think that anything shown in your Statement is incorrect, you should tell us immediately by contacting our customer service team using the contact details given at the start of your Agreement.
