15. Communicating with us

You must tell us tell us immediately if:

  • you change your name or address;
  • you change your mobile number or your email address;
  • your income and outgoings materially change;
  • you move overseas;
  • your statement includes any information that you think is wrong;
  • you believe your security details have been stolen or have been misused.

You must let us know if your circumstances change, particularly if the change is likely to cause you difficulties in making your repayments or general financial problems.

If you have moved overseas or you ask us to write to you using a Post Office Box address, we may close your account. If we decide to do this we will give you notice in line with section 19.
