We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, fire, flood, storm, and industrial action or strikes (except where such strikes are solely limited to our own employees and caused by our failure to negotiate in good faith).

We do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We will not be liable for technical problems, system failures, or interruptions that occur due to third-party systems or events beyond our reasonable control. However, where a technical issue is within our control, we will use reasonable endeavors to resolve it promptly and minimize any impact on your ability to make payments.

We only supply our credit products for domestic and private use. If you use the product for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
