Fairlo provides unsecured running-account credit that gives the Borrower the right to continuously access a Credit Limit during the life of the Agreement. The Account will have a Credit Limit for which the Borrower is approved following an online application at www.fairlo.co.uk. The Borrower can withdraw funds from their Account to their Nominated Account at any time, provided that the Credit Limit is not exceeded. The Credit can only be transferred to the Borrower’s Nominated Account.
