Even if one clause or part of a clause in your Αgreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, everything else still applies.
Even if we don't enforce any of our rights straight away, that doesn't mean we can't later on.
Anything we've written in the singular includes the plural – and vice versa (so 'Repayment' includes 'Repayments', for instance).
None of the section headings in your Αgreement affect the meaning of the terms in the section.
Your Agreement is between you and us. No one else has the legal right to enforce any of the terms under the Contracts (Rights Of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Your Agreement is entered into by Fairlo on the basis that the details you provided as part of your application are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
