23. Complaints

If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service by writing to them at Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, telephoning them on 0800 023 4 567 or filling in the online complaint form on their website (www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/). You will not be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service unless you have taken it up with us first.
