Terms and Conditions

Your Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, except that, if you applied for your Agreement from an address in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the law of Scotland or Northern Ireland will apply. Any dispute under your Agreement may be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales unless your address is in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland will apply.
